Designing Creative Futures is a paid job training internship program for formerly incarcerated individuals who wish to pursue careers in the arts.

  • $20/ hour for 20 hrs / week

  • Monthly transportation stipends and personal technology reimbursements

  • Guidance, mentoring, and continued on-the-job training from experienced artists and arts administrators

  • Consultations with an education and career counselor

Mural Artist Apprenticeship Program

The ArtReach Mural Artist Apprenticeship Program hires San Diego youth (16-24 years of age) to work directly with professional artists on large-scale murals. Through this program, youth work alongside and assist ArtReach Mural Artists to help transform their community through mural site beautification.
